GeezerEngineering variable brake line kit for Performance Baggers
Variable length for lower brake lines making a custom setup easy and affordable.
- Designed to work with 49mm and inverted touring front ends on ABS touring models 2014 and later
- 2023.5 touring models have shorter lower brake lines so raising the front end causes the brake lines to no longer fit.
- This product takes the headaches out of setting up performance baggers for canyon carving, track days and all-out racing!
- No plastic case that pops open – securely mount your brake lines inside our CNC machined brake line mount - it is secure and looking great!
- Great for race setups like inverted forks with radial calipers or conventional raised front ends 2-inch over stock and beyond
- Things change - and our modular design allows for easy changes and customizing to accommodate changes in ride height (longer or shorter fork legs, drop trees,...)
- Please pick the desired length and banjo styles from the pulldown menus
- Examples:
- 2-inch over fork legs with radial Brembo calipers require 15" lower brake lines and 30-degree banjoes.
- 2" over on 2024-up with OEM Harley brake calipers require 15" lower lines with 90-degree banjos.
- Our racing setups with 4" over inverted front ends and radial calipers require 17" lower lines and 30-degree banjos.
- Custom lengths of up to 24" are available on request as special order. Please contact us by email.
FEATURES:
- Braided steel lines with dark semi-transparent coating; aluminum AN3 fittings
- Aluminum banjos, black powder coat
- Brake lines are available in lengths of 15" and 17"
- Banjos available in 30-degree and 90-degree versions – your choice, any combination; most radial calipers (i.e. Brembo monobloc) work best with 30-degree banjos.
INCLUDES:
- CNC machined brake tee mount
- front and rear fittings
- 2 main connecting lines front to ABS pump
- 2 lower braided steel AN3 brake lines
- stainless mounting hardware for brake line mount
NOTE:
Please make sure your ABS brake system is properly bled after changing the brake lines. Please refer to your H-D service manual or see your local Harley dealership's service department.
