Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

Orders can be canceled before we start to fulfill/ship the item. You will receive a refund except for a $25 or 6% cancellation fee of the purchase price, whichever is higher. 

RETURNS 

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of your item.

To complete your return, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. 

There is a restocking charge. The restocking fee is $25.00 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is higher.

A RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from GeezerEngineering® is required prior to sending us back an item.

Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs (in case you paid for shipping) and we do not offer free shipping for returns either, unless it is a warranty case.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Gift Cards. We will not accept returns on any part that has been modified or damaged due to improper installation. We also do not accept products that are or contain hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Please allow us up to 4 weeks for processing a refund. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within the warranty period (see Terms of Use & Service for details). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@geezerengineering.com. We still require that you obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from us prior to sending the item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

CHANGES

We may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time in order to reflect for example changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
